Administrative and Research Management Expert Stays in University of Madeira
On February 18th and 19th, the University of Madeira (UMa) hosted the Administrative and Research Management Expert Stays, an initiative under the European project isUP-AgrO.
Ana Caires from SATURNTECH (Portugal), a key project partner, led the interactive session, which was aimed at administrative staff, including members of UMa’s Project and Collaboration Unit and representatives from partner institutions.
During the stay, project partners identified barriers to improvement and explored opportunities for progress. They also reviewed research management procedures and provided feedback on potential enhancements. As a result, a set of recommendations was formulated.
This event marked an important step in strengthening collaboration and expertise in project management, ensuring more efficient execution and seamless coordination with the Project and Collaboration Unit.
