ISOPlexis Center at the 2025 Vocational Fair

The ISOPlexis Center, through an invitation from the University of Madeira, participated in the Vocational Fair 2025, which took place on April 28, at Promenade of Reis Magos.

The initiative was organized by the Psychology and Guidance Services of the Caniço 2nd and 3rd Cycle Basic School, the EB/PE/Creche Dr. Alfredo Ferreira Nóbrega Júnior - Camacha and the Santa Cruz Basic and Secondary School, in partnership with the Municipality of Santa Cruz.

This participation served to make the local community and the various young people who visited the fair aware of the work being developed at the ISOPlexis Centre and the various projects that are underway, namely the isUP-AgrO project, Unlocking the Potential for Agricultural research on an EU Outmost region: boosting ISOPlexis Centre, coordinated by the University of Madeira, funded under the Horizon Europe Programme. Two higher professional technical courses (CTeSP) were also presented, Organic Agriculture and Agri-food Technologies.
