isUP-AgrO Project Activities
The isUP-AgrO project includes a series of interactive and educational activities aimed at promoting knowledge sharing, strengthening collaboration among partners, and empowering researchers and professionals in the agricultural sector. These activities include training schools, staff exchanges, workshops, webinars, and dissemination events. Below is an overview of the main activities developed under the project.

Training Schools
The Training Schools are intensive educational events aimed at updating the knowledge of the ISOPlexis team and other participants on key topics in sustainable agriculture and the bioeconomy. These training sessions are held periodically and cover themes such as agrobiodiversity, bio-resources, and innovative agricultural practices.

Workshops and Webinars
The workshops and webinars of the isUP-AgrO project are short-duration activities aimed at promoting knowledge exchange and discussing new ideas among experts, researchers, and stakeholders. These events provide an excellent opportunity for networking and accelerating knowledge transfer.

Staff Exchange
Staff exchanges are a crucial part of the isUP-AgrO project, allowing researchers from the ISOPlexis Center to visit partner institutions in Spain (IRNAS) and Italy (University of Parma) to learn new methodologies and deepen their skills in specific areas.

Conferences and Dissemination Events
The isUP-AgrO project actively participates in international conferences and events, where its results and findings are shared with the scientific community and the general public. These events also provide a platform to establish new partnerships and prepare joint research proposals.

Research project
The exploratory research project is an essential activity that will apply the knowledge acquired throughout the project to study the resilience of Madeira's vineyards, a crop crucial to the local economy. This project will utilize innovative methodologies to investigate how agrobiodiversity can be leveraged to mitigate the impacts of climate change.
