2 º Training School: Smart Irrigation Technologies

From January 27th to 31st, the University of Madeira hosted the 2º Training School as part of the European project isUP-AgrO.

The training was led by researchers Virginia Hernández Santana and Celia M. Rodríguez Domínguez from the Institute of Natural Resources and Agrobiology of Seville (IRNAS - CSIC), a project partner. The primary audience included researchers from the ISOPlexis Centre – Centre for Sustainable Agriculture and Food Technology at the University of Madeira. Additionally, a limited number of spots were available on the Centre's website for external participants interested in smart irrigation technologies.

This event marked an important step in fostering collaboration and expertise in sustainable agricultural practices and smart technologies, key areas addressed by the isUP-AgrO project.
