Visit of Students to ISOPlexis

On Friday, December 13th, a study visit took place with the participation of students from Jaime Moniz Secondary School.** During the visit, secondary school students had the opportunity to explore the laboratories, equipment, and work conducted at the ISOPlexis Center.

**The visitors also had the opportunity to learn about the isUP-AgrO project, which aims to transform the ISOPlexis Center into a center of excellence in agricultural research through partnerships with institutions in Italy (UNIPR) and Spain (IRNAS-CSIC), as well as an innovation-focused company (Saturntech).** The project seeks to empower young scientists, develop skills in research and innovation, and promote workshops, training sessions, exchanges, and outreach activities. Additionally, a pilot research project related to vineyards is also planned.
